Have our professional installers safely and securely mount your TV according to manufacturer guidelines and standard installation practices. This service ensures proper placement, secure mounting, and basic setup so your TV is ready for use.

What’s Included

• Review of installation details and placement with the customer before work begins
• Unboxing and inspection of the TV for visible damage
• Powering on the TV to perform a basic screen test prior to installation, including photo documentation where applicable
• Evaluation of wall structure to determine a suitable mounting location
• Installation of the customer‑supplied wall mount bracket on standard drywall over wood‑stud construction
• Mounting the TV securely to the wall bracket according to manufacturer specifications
• Basic connection of up to three external devices (e.g., cable box, streaming device, gaming console)
• Ensuring the TV is level, aligned, and properly positioned
• Final cleanup of the immediate work area, including breaking down packaging materials and placing them aside for customer disposal

• Pick‑up, delivery, or removal of TVs or equipment
• Disposal of packaging materials
• Fireplace or above‑fireplace installations
• Installation of specialty or fireplace‑specific wall mount brackets
• Electrical work, including installation or relocation of outlets
• Cable concealment, wire routing, or cable management
• Mounting on non‑standard surfaces (e.g., brick, stone, concrete, or metal studs) unless separately quoted
• Additional materials or labour required for non‑standard site conditions
