What’s Included
- Review of installation details and site conditions with the customer before work begins
- Unboxing and inspection of the new sink and faucet for visible damage
- Disconnecting and removing the existing pedestal sink and faucet
- Installation of the new pedestal sink in the same location in accordance with manufacturer specifications and applicable plumbing standards
- Installation of the faucet (customer‑supplied or included with the unit)
- Connection to existing water supply and drain system
- Turning on water supply, checking all connections for leaks, and verifying proper operation
- Application of caulking at the base of the sink for a clean and sealed finish
- Final walkthrough with the customer to confirm proper installation and operation
- Final cleanup of the immediate work area, including placing packaging materials aside for customer disposal
What’s Not Included
- Disposal of old fixtures or packaging
- Pick‑up or delivery of the sink or faucet
- Supply or installation of new shut‑off valves (available as an add‑on)
- Plumbing modifications, including:
- Relocating water lines or drains
- Clearing clogged drains
- Drain or flange repairs
- Structural changes, wall modifications, or carpentry
- Installation where no existing pedestal sink setup is present

This service applies to replacement installation only using the existing sink location and plumbing connections. If existing plumbing, shut‑off valves, or installation conditions are not suitable, the service may not be completed.
This service includes only the work explicitly described above. Any additional plumbing work, repairs, or modifications may require additional charges or a separate service.
All work is performed in accordance with applicable safety standards. Customers are responsible for ensuring compliance with all local, provincial, and federal codes, by‑laws, regulations, and any associated permits or fees.
We reserve the right to decline or stop service if conditions are unsafe, inaccessible, or non‑compliant.
